2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 zucchini, (cut into very thin strips, using a spiral slicer if possible)
Recipe Instructions:
Place all ingredients except zucchini in blender. Blend until smooth. (Makes 3 cups.) Place zucchini noodles in a serving bowl; pour marinara over and toss gently.
