1 cup vanilla hemp milk
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
3 tablespoons Beaming or other plant protein powder
1/4 teaspoon spirulina or blue-green algae powder
1 tablespoon whole or ground chia seeds
3-4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
