Recipe Ingredient Details:
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup bell pepper, chop
1 cup beets and carrots, grated
1 cup green and red cabbage, sliced
1 cup firm tofu, cubed
1 cup onions, sliced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 tablespoons Bragg Organic Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Bragg Sprinkle
¼ teaspoon Bragg Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning
Mix all ingredients together. Lightly sauté in Bragg Organic Olive Oil or stir-fry in lightly oiled wok until tender. Great when served with organic brown rice.
