Bacopa monnieri

Bacopa monnieri This Ayurvedic herb’s traditional uses include supporting mental clarity. It works as an antioxidant to suppress oxidative stress to nerve cells, and research shows it may help prevent memory loss and alleviate stress. Recommended dose: 100–300 mg of a 20 percent extract

Ginkgo biloba
