Use very ripe bananas for best flavor. 2 pears, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks 2 large tart apples, such as Jonathan or Macoun, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces 1 cup dried tart cherries 1/2 cup water 2 bags green tea 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss pears and apples with lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Gently mix in bananas and cherries. 2. In a glass measuring cup, heat water to boiling; add tea bags and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in honey. Add tea to pear mixture and mix gently. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, walnuts, and oatmeal; sprinkle over fruit. Pour orange juice over all. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
