As if we need another excuse to eat chocolate … it turns out that today, May 15, is National Chocolate Chip Day!
Fortunately, a healthier way to indulge came across my desk a couple of weeks ago. Pyure Brands, which makes a bakeable stevia blend, provided this recipe for Mint Cheesecake Brownies sweetened with stevia. I made a batch last week, and wow—they’re fantastic.
