Comment Snippet:  <p> Non-caloric sweeteners do NOT stimulate insulin response. Five seconds on Google Scholar brings up bunches of papers clearly showing that a non-caloric sweetener (such as sucralose)doesn&#39;t stimulate insulin. Where does Dr. Shelke get this information? It certainly doesn&#39;t fit the known science. It may be reasonable to suggest that we can do a better job of formulating products, but the reasons given just don&#39;t gibe with the science.</p>
