To stay fit and healthy most of the occasion we used to adopt the concept of living healthy by using healthy tips and some common healthy habits such as washing hands before and after eating. But instead of common healthy habits if we are applying habits like change in foods that helps to protect us from various flu and cold issues; then we must spend a healthy lifestyle especially in winter and spring. Changing eating habits may serve a healthy lifestyle.
