Normal
Combine 1/2 cup cornmeal, wheat germ, or coursely ground oatmeal with 1/4 cup water, and stir until a paste forms. Massage into damp skin, and rinse.

Dry or sensitive
Mix 1 tablespoon superfine sugar or baking soda and 1 tablespoon canola oil into a paste. Rub into skin for 30–60 seconds. Remove with a warm, wet washcloth.

Oily
Grind the peels from 2–3 oranges in a food processor and mix with an equal amount farina (Cream of Wheat), ground oatmeal, or cornmeal. Massage into damp skin, and rinse with cool water

Aging
Finely grind 2–3 almonds or walnuts in a food processor. Add 1 teaspoon honey and enough drops of milk to create a thick paste. Rub into damp skin, and rinse with warm water.

Body
Mix 2 tablespoons granulated salt or sugar with 2 tablespoons light oil. Massage mixture into skin from the neck down before bathing.
