This was VERY interesting. It's nice to know there are specific things you can try if you are experiencing certain symptoms. Could save an un-necessary trip to the doctor.

I didn't know about Vitamin E being a common deficiency. Also, isn't cacao a good source of magnesium as well? With nuts, are phytonutrients a concern?

Perhaps one of your very best articles. I did have a problem with my joints and heard something about the natto. Now after reading it here, I will try it for sure. 10/10 article.
