Topping 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup brown rice flour 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1-1/2 cups rolled oats or rice flakes 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup canola oil 1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine chopped apples and cherries. Drizzle with honey and toss gently to coat. Add cinnamon and lemon juice and toss again until well mixed. Transfer to a 1-1/2-quart casserole or pie dish lightly coated with cooking spray. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients except oil and mix well. Add oil and toss (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle on top of apple-cherry mixture.
