Mandarin Orange Spice Chicken These chicken pieces make nice hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail party, or you can bring them along on a family picnic. You can always tell the kids these are chicken nuggets.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

4 Mandarin Orange Spice tea bags
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed into 1-inch squares
2 1/2 cups water

2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 cup flour
4 tablespoons peanut oil

1. Combine the tea bags, chicken, water, garlic, and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best). Remove the chicken, and coat each piece in flour. Sauté the Chicken cubes over medium heat in peanut oil until golden brown and cooked through (about 10 minutes).
