Fabe's Organic Mini Macaroons

After growing up on homemade macaroons, I know that truly delicious coconut buttons should be intensely sweet, chewy, and satisfyingly dense. And Fabe's All-Natural Bakery's organic offerings fulfilled my highest expectations. It took me just three days to finish off a container (about 20) of these moist bites sweetened with organic grape juice and rice syrup. BONUS: Their gumball size makes them superb party munchies.
