As more knowledge is compiled about gluten sensitivities it's important the FDA stays abreast of this issue and gives more empowerment to consumers. As a gluten intolerant individual, I don't feel food products without gluten are easy enough to identify... Products labeled "gluten free" are expensive, and if the FDA required labeling, some consumers would be able to better afford this diet.</p>
