I eat seafood at least 3 times a week. I make sure to buy wild salmon, whether it is canned or fresh and I buy sockeye canned tuna which is very low in mercury. I also eat herring which is high in Omega 3s.

We try to eat seafood twice a week and scallops are one of my favorites! We are lucky to have a local company that sells their own wild salmon products and also seafood products that their fishermen friends catch as well. The smoked salmon spread is addicting and it is great to know where our food is coming from and that is caught in a sustainable way.
I eat seafood at least once a day if I am able. I LOVE salmon, especially. It's especially important to me that fish is sustainably caught and also free from harmful additives.

I try to eat salmon and/or tuna 2-3 times a week for the omega 3 FAs! Lemon + garlic on the salmon...and for the tuna I usually make tuna salads - I use mustard instead of mayo and I add in apple, raisins, nuts - YUM!
Clean wild seafood protein feels good!
I eat Salmon 6 days a week for breakfast. There is no USDA organic standard for salmon and no guarantee an “organic” label means anything except the salmon was farmed.
I eat tuna about once a month and Tilapia occasionally, I also like bass, cod, etc.
I eat seafood at least once a week and take an omega 3 supplement daily; I try to look for wild, sustainably fished, and certified.
I eat seafood a few times a month. I look for origin of the product and choose as local as possible. I do not purchase products that come from China, for example.
