Feeling stressed out? After taking your herbs, try this simple exercise from the ancient Asian art of Jin shin jyutsu (pronounced "jitsoo") — a healing system similar to acupuncture that balances energy by applying finger pressure to key points on the body. Curl your right-hand fingers around your left thumb, squeezing slightly, and hold for three minutes. Hold each of your left fingers, individually, in the same way. Repeat if desired. Breathe and relax.
